Tickets available for online purchase are as follows:

Tickets purchased online include all activities as set out in the description. Tickets are non-refundable.

1. All persons entering Quarry Hall Farm must have a valid entrance ticket.

2. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE ORGANISER.

3. Upon payment through the secure system, a booking reference with a unique number will be automatically sent to your personal email address. This can be printed out or displayed on a smart phone at Quarry Hall Events Entrance/ Reception for admission.

4. Possession of the booking reference will be regarded as proof of purchase and will entitle you to the relevant number and type of tickets purchased.

5. Children under 5 years are admitted free of charge. Additional child tickets can be available to purchase at admissions (if required) at normal entrance prices provided there is available space. We suggest all bookings are placed well in advance with the correct number of tickets purchased.

6. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, always aged 18 or over and children must be supervised at all times around Quarry Hall Farm.

7. Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission on reasonable terms.

8. No dogs or pets permitted except for fully registered assistance dogs in a harness (proof of registration may be requested).

9. Discount vouchers, coupons and other offers are not valid in conjunction with any advance rates. We DO NOT accept voucher codes from any external websites.

10. Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates but are eligible to bring with them one carer who will be granted discount entry. A valid staff Card, id card from your care provider will need to be submitted Evidence must be valid and in-date. Such evidence must be shown to our staff on entry. If evidence is not brought or not in date, the full charge for entry will be required.

11. Carers are relied upon to consider the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for their clients/persons in their care.

12. There are disabled facilities provided near by, but not on Events Venue itself.

13. Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details, and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.

14. Landlord or event organiser do not hold any responsibility or liability for any injury incurred on site.

15. All actives hosted by event organisers and undertaken or exercised by event Ticket purchasers or Event participants are taken at their own risk

16. Strict no drug use policy – this will result in immediate ejection from the site, ticket removal and no refund.
