FAQs / Help
We do not mind if people want to bring a small amount of food (especially for children) and ONE bottle of wine between two adults, but we are encouraging people to use the wonderful facilities that are available on site, and to support the local business and produce that is provided.
Some seating will be provided, but we encourage people to bring their own seating if they wish to, and also any garden blankets/ rugs and umbrellas – all welcome.
Please arrive any time from opening hours and leave anytime as you wish.
The event will not be cancelled unless the weather is too severe for it to go ahead. There are undercover provisions on site from where spectators can watch the coverage from. Whist we obviously hope this is not the case, unfortunately we cannot control the weather – either way, we will ensure that all participants will enjoy their day.
Well behaved dogs are allowed on site, providing they are on a lead and all fowling is cleared up, including picking faeces up (and taking home with you) and pouring water on the area where it defecated.
